Do you take walk-ins?
In order to make sure that everyone has the best time possible, we are by reservation only. We base the amount of stuff we give you to smash on the length of the session and how many are attending, so to keep your wait time as small as possible, booking ahead of time over the phone or online is a good idea. We cannot guarantee that there will be a room available for a session for walk-ins.
What do I need to wear?
All we ask is that you wear close-toed shoes. Absolutely no flip-flops or sandals. Pants and long sleeve shirts are recommended.
What do I need to bring?
Bring an ID to verify your booking and your smartphone loaded with your session playlist. We have Bluetooth speakers in every room so you can smash items to whatever your heart desires...we don't judge!
What's the minimum age to book a break room?
Children 11 and under are currently not permitted in the breakroom. If you are between the ages of 12 & 17 you are able to participate with the supervision and consent of your parent or legal guardian that is 18 or older. The parent or legal guardian must sign a waiver on the adolescent's behalf. Teens with diagnosed behavioral issues must also be accompanied with a physician's referral.
How many people are allowed in a breakroom at one time?
In the main breakroom, we allow parties of up to 6 people at one time. In our throwing room, we allow 4 people. We take safety seriously and want to assure that all of our guests have a great time during their session.
Are pets allowed at The Breakroom?
While we do love our furry friends, they do not have opposable thumbs and therefore cannot smash items.
Is this safe?
Sessions at The Breakroom are at your own risk. However, safety is of the utmost importance. The Breakroom staff will outfit our guests with hard hats, work gloves, protective face shield, and a heavy duty apron.
What is your cancellation policy?
We allow 100% refunds on cancellations up to 24 hours in advance. Anything within the 24-hour range will be given no refund but an option to reschedule.
What if I'm running late?
We suggest that you show up 15 minutes before your session in order to fill out the necessary paperwork and get suited up. Unfortunately, if you are running late, the time you purchased is your time in the room and we have to respect the time of the customers who reserved the room after you.
I'm currently pregnant, is it safe to participate in a breakroom session?
Due to safety issues and physical strain, The Breakroom staff cannot allow people that are pregnant, have preexisting medical conditions, or mental illness to participate. The only exception would be under the advice of a certified physician and special arrangements will have to be made upon verification of the situation.
